Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer’s remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
If your replacement is approved, we’ll provide instructions and send a replacement at no additional cost.
